Replacement Gaggia Coffee Machine Hot Water Thermostat
This type of thermostat is used by the vast majority of Gaggia coffee machines, and can be found bolted to the side of the boiler once you have removed the top cover of your espresso machine.
The symptoms of a faulty or failing hot water thermostat are failure heat the water, but when the steam function is operated, the boiler heats to steaming temperature and produces good steam in quantity.
Replacement is the simple process of pulling off the two connectors and unbolting the thermostat from the boiler. There is no need to drain the boiler. When replacing, do not over-tighten the thermostat.
Contacts normally closed, open at 107degC.
Stud size M4, connections are standard 1/4" blades.
