Replacement Gaggia Coffee Machine Steam Thermostat
This type of thermostat is used by the vast majority of Gaggia coffee machines, and can be found bolted to the top of the boiler once you have removed the top cover of your espresso machine.
The symptoms of a faulty or failing thermostat are failure produce good steam in quantity (may produce a smaller than normal amount) or boiler stays completely cold.
Replacement is the simple process of pulling off the two connectors and unbolting the thermostat from the boiler. There is no need to drain the boiler. When replacing, do not over-tighten the thermostat.
Contacts normally closed, open at 145degC.
Stud size M4, connections are standard 1/4" blades.
